Editors Notes
While the offender was housed in this property, the front garden was a total eyesore with wood, furniture and "junk" strewn everywhere. A wooden fence was erected by the Council, to prevent rubbish straying into his neighbours garden. The photograph above, was taken after the property was cleaned by the District Council.
