Sidney William Eves

Sidney lived in Water Lane with this parents, George and Ellen circa 1911 Census
Whilst work was being carried out at Alphamstone Church, they uncovered a plank of wood with the inscription:
"Raining Heavy S W Eves Bures Nov 18th 1910”
with another name "Alfred Newman aged 19"

The census records Sidney as "Journeyman/Carpenter

Does anyone remember Sidney and who was Alfred ?

A bit more information on Sidney William Eves
Sidney William Eves son of George Eves and Ellen Smith was born in 1883 in Alphamstone, he married Edith Alice Gallant b. 1887 Sudbury.
George Eves son of Edward Eves and Sarah Barrow was born in 1847 in Alphamstone, he died in 1927 Lexden Colchester.
George Eves Married Ellen Smith in Dec. 1869 in Sudbury.
Ellen Smith born in 1847 in Sudbury, she died in 1926 in Sudbury.
Ellen Smith had the following children:

Mary Ann Eves born 1871 in Alphamstone, She married Henry Frost in Jan. 1876 in Sudbury, he was born in Jun. 1868 Sudbury.

George Edward Eves born 1877 in Alphamstone , he married Alice Maud Francis in Sept. 1910 in Woodbridge. She was born in 1875 in Woodbridge.

Sidney William Eves was born in 1883 in Alphamstone he married Edith Alice Gallant in 1919 Sudbury, she was born in 1887

Delsey Sarah Eves born 1874 Sudbury, She married Charles Sidney Cooper Sept 1900, he was born .n 1875 in Sudbury.
