my great grandad and family Named Arthur French lived at no 9 Nayland road in 1800,s I believe he was born of James French at 74 Alphastone all were Farmers had sons Harry and Herbert is there any French family now living in Bures or off springs is there any records of French Family or History or how can I find out I would dearly love to know

I have live in Bures since 1975 and I haven`t come across surnames with "French".
My own experience, of course I could be wrong.

thank you maybe the family moved on from Alphastone and Bures but all their details of birth etc is on and work discription and professions are listed in cencus
James French from 74 Alphastone in 1800

Arthur French children lived no 9 Nayland Road Bures 1880 ,s

Gt Henny is the adjacent parish to Alphamstone
