Returns
On Tuesday 17th 52417 returned to East Anglia having undergone crash damage repairs at Wolverton works. Today it moved the short distance from Dereham to Crown Point and will now be re-coupled to its partner 57-vehicle before testing and re-commissioning into service. We expect it to be a few days but you should see it out and about next week. |

Why this is of interest, is the
replacement bus service. This has always been carried out by Chambers
of Bures. Unfortunately Chambers was sold to the Go -Ahead group on
the 28th May. Some wait if you have to rely on
a bus coming from Dunmow or even worse Stowmarket ! |
