Punished for bringing putty to school which he had unlawfully taken from the Tanyard and distributed throughout the school

Complaint from Mr Rowe tradesman that a new scholar had stolen oranges from his shop. The boy in question was notably absent that afternoon.

1881
Severely punished **** for insubordinate conduct after playing truant
Master called on parents of the above who have severely punished him for the offenses mentioned and wish to know if they are ever repeated.

1883
Administered severe corporal punishment to ***** at the request of his parents for truancy and disobedience
the boy appears to have learnt his lesson over these affairs

1890
Two boys from the first class punished for indecent talk and conduct with a little child of five years of age

1893
Punishishment to *** for willful damage to school property
