When WW2 started the Bures Scouts were temporarily disbanded
In 1950 they resumed their Meetings.

 



Later in the 1950`s, we can see that David was promoted
to a Patrol Leader


David with his hands over his ears, presumably a noisy flight,
The aircraft was a Douglas Rapide based at Birminham Airport.
