have decided to appeal the decision, on the refusal of their two planning applications.

Colchester Road, Development

 

Two applications have been considered by the Braintree DC, Planning Committee on 19 June and the 11th December 2018 concerning this site.
Both were unanimously refused by the Planning Committee

The Appeal was lodged on the 22nd August 2018

PUBLIC ENQUIRY

The public enquiry hearing will start at 10am on 12th February 2019 at Howard Hall, Braintree Masonic Centre, 36 Bocking End,
Braintree, Essex CM7 9AA and it is scheduled to last for 6 days.

March 2019:- The Government Inspector ruled against Gladmans Appeal
